You've already set up all your growth items (Good Habits) in the previous step. Now, you need to perform these good habits every day to keep your character growing. Each time you check-in a good habit, you'll earn the EXP amount you've set.
If you've already performed this good habit today, click the [Check-in] button.

This is a mini calendar board where you can see your performance for each day of the month. You can also specify the month you want to view and the colors.
To select the month and color for the mini calendar, click into the page, choose a month in the Selected Month field, or select a color in the Color field.

This is an analysis board where you can see how many times you've performed good habits this week, this month, and this year.
