To make the game more immersive, the template uses gamified terminology.
Here's a simple explanation:
Growth: Focuses on developing good habits and earning experience points (EXP).
Fight: Involves battling your bad habits, breaking them, and losing health points (HP) if you engage in them.
Goal: Allows you to set targets for your good or bad habits (how many times to perform?) and rewards you with EXP and coins upon goal completion.
Stage & Quest: Similar to levels and quests in games, these correspond to real-life projects and tasks. It's also part of the PARA Dashboard.
Skill: Represents not just a growth element but also signifies an Area within the PARA Dashboard.
Market: Speeds up the feedback loop by letting you set rewards in the game and earn coins to exchange for rewards.
Activity Log: Check everything you've done today, never forget what you did today while writing in my diary.
